MESSAGE ALERT: This is a new trend, and, we demand justice more than an apology this time. Although I respect THE CHIEF JUDGE'S COURAGE AND HIS TAKING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HIS ACTIONS, by apologizing to the President of the United States, which I think is noble, nonetheless, I had received such an apology before from a Chief Judge in Northern Florida nominated by President George W. Bush also and later she said worst than that and went so far as to break the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT while protecting those who hurt me and my family to our demise with  seven years of pain and afterward in 2011 that same Judge with a Magistrate Judge orderted me to servitude by paying those who attacked me and caused my financial ruin and that of my entire family which I ultimately lost along with all my properties. In other words, she ordered me become a slave in 2011, by insisting that I Pay those who attacked and wounded me. She breached the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT by stating that I, SONY ROY, African American, own property in an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED.  Then, she executed her order unbeknown to the Chief Justice and the Members of the High Court which I requested.  These two judges created a serious mess for the Judicial sytem in America and as citizens, our job is not to stand by idly criticizing the nation but to demand accountability from those on whom we have conferred high posts and positions and who claim expertise in sensitive areas of discrimination such as the 11th Circuit Appellate Court. During subsequent posts, I will reveal the list of SEVEN JUDGES THAT HAVE BREACHED the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT in my view and as I make this the focus of my civil rights leadership.

Chief Judge Cebull has also apologized and like the Chief Judge in my case, was hired by George W. Bush.  However, as I said above, an apology is not enough, I heard that before and it did not yield any fruits after. There must be contrition not attrition and deep heart-searching. Nothing just happens. It takes some thoughts and behavior to motivate an act. So, dear Judge Cebull, while you may think you never thought or said something like that before, it was sitting somewhere in the recess of the mind. And, dear Judge, for the safeguard of our Nation and the judicial, there must be repentance, the true METANOIA in the Greek, followed by stepping down to protect the reputation of the Judicial system and to honor the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of the United States. You know more than I do what is at stake here, the true cost of such debased joke is nowhere to be found in sight. I am praying for you. If you step down before men, you will step up before God. And, you will have taught untold amount of people a great lesson for ages to come. Bafufive Roy WE NEED YOUR HELP.
